Philip Maluping
A professional civil engineer in the Philippines with 11 years of collective experience in traffic engineering and management, highway design, road safety, traffic data monitoring, traffic impact assessments, transport economics and evaluation, and transportation planning and modeling.
Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the Philippines Los Baños. Completed his master's degree in Transportation Engineering from the University of the Philippines Diliman. Currently taking up another master's degree in Strategic Planning and Public Policy from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
Had a one-year private working experience as a Junior Traffic/Highway Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff, Philippines Inc. Currently working as the Section Chief of the Traffic Engineering Division of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Head Office in Manila, the engineering and construction arm of the Philippine government.
