Mr. Vannak Khan is a lecturer at the Techo Sen Institute of Public Works and Transport (TSI-PWT) and a policy researcher at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT), Cambodia. He holds a Master’s degree in Global Urban Planning and Policy from Chung-Ang University, South Korea. His research focuses on intelligent transport systems (ITS), freight transport by road, and urban transport. He contributes to advancing transport innovation and policy development in Cambodia.
